Obama 23%. Clinton and Edwards, 19%.Sen. Barack Obama's Democratic White House bid is surging in New Hampshire. That's according to a new survey by Zogby International. The freshman senator is at 23 percent support among New Hampshire Democrats to 19 percent each for top rivals Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York and former Sen. John Edwards of North Carolina. On the GOP side, Sen. John McCain of Arizona leads.

Eight in 10 said it is likely they will change their minds before they actually cast their ballots in the primary election," the polling report concluded.
