Al Gore to speak at Boise State Monday night

Al Gore to speak at Boise State Monday night
Al Gore is expected to speak in front of a sold-out crowd Monday evening at Taco Bell Arena. He will be discussing the topic of global warming and his film, "An Inconvenient Truth".

Boise--His movie is controversial. It's banned in some school districts in Washington, but in Idaho tickets for his address are sold out.
Al Gore will be in the treasure valley tomorrow discussing global warming and his film.
Ten thousand seats are sold out. It was originally supposed to take place in a much smaller venue with just 700 seats - but changed to taco bell arena when the demand to see gore was too big to ignore.
Gore starred in the documentary film, An Inconvenient Truth.
It deals with global warming and the human contribution to climate change.
People of all ages are expected to attend the event.
Suncor Idaho made a twenty-five hundred dollar contribution to the frank church institute - money used to buy and save tickets for high school students.
But the controversial film isn't being so well received in all northwest cities.
In fact one school board in a Seattle suburb has restricted showing the movie..
The decision was sparked by complaints from a parent who said their child took the film as fact after seeing it in school.
Back here at home Idaho Citizens For Oil will be picketing here at the arena to protest gore's speech.
And senator Larry Craig is expected to make a statement in the morning regarding gore's visit.
The Idaho senator sits on many of the major committees that address the issue of global warming.
