Hillary Clinton names staff to lead Iowa campaign DES MOINES, Iowa New York Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton has named several key members of her senior staff in Iowa in her bid for the Democratic nomination for president.
Angelique Pirozzi will serve as deputy state director and caucus manager. Pirozzi worked for Senator John Kerry's campaign in 2004 and for former Vice President Al Gore in 2000.
Chris Hayler will be Clinton's political director; and Mark Daley will serve as communications director in Iowa.
Hayler most recently worked as Iowa political director for Indiana Senator Evan Bayh (bye).
Daley served as communications director for the Iowa Democratic Party from 2002 through the 2004 caucuses. He was also communications director for Congressman Leonard Boswell during his 2004 and 2006 re-election campaigns.
